Haworthia retusa is a small succulent plant native to the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It belongs to the genus Haworthia, which comprises about 150 species of small, rosette-forming succulent plants.
Haworthia retusa has dark green, triangular leaves that form a flat rosette. The leaves are often covered in a network of white, raised lines, which are known as “pearl plant” markings.
